Job and Skills Fair this Saturday

There will be a job and skills fair this Saturday, February 21, 2009 from 10 am to 12:00 pm at Georgia Perimeter College in Clarkston.

555 North Indian Creek Drive, Clarkston, Georgia 30021-2361 in Room N (the Living Room) College Center (on North Indian Creek, next to the GPC library)

The Job and Skills fair is hosted by State Representatives Karla Drenner, Michele Henson and Stephanie Stuckey Benfield. The event includes a FREE continental breakfast.

DeKalb Technical Institute

DeKalb Workforce

Goodwill

Consumer Credit Counseling Service

Partnership for Community Action-Micro loan Program

We're having job fairs and skills fairs here almost every day in some part of the County. They make the news each night and look to be very well attended by people but the number of companies at some of the bigger fairs are down, according to the reports.
