Jen that sounds like a great program. We need a few more programs like to hopefully help turn this market back to a buyers market.

I didn't know about these programs years ago when I bought my first home. There are State, County and City programs available here for down payment assistance, grants and incentives for certain areas. There are educational programs that go along with it. Many agents and buyers I've spoken to don't know that this is out there.
