Be Green - Recycle your Premium Denim at Fabu

recycled denimFabu is one of my favorite stores in downtown Decatur, GA. I bought the cutest cargo shorts there this summer with the funky zippers and very cool stitching details.

Anyway, Fabutique and Fabu Face Spa have come up with a wonderful way to recycle your designer denim jeans. Everyone has jeans that are a little too big, a little too small, too long or just a little too short. Now is your chance to get something for them.fabu

Bring your old premium denim (retail value $150 and more) and get a $25 credit for Fabu Face Spa and Fabutique. For premium denim think 7 for all Mankind, Paige Premium Denim, Chip and Pepper, Joe’s Jeans etc. That’s $25 per pair! (Credit is good for 1 year.)

Bring your old Not your Daughter’s Jeans, IT! Jeans, Kut or See Thru Soul jeans that were purchased there and get a $10 credit for Fabu Face Spa and Fabutique.

While you are there, check out the Recycled Denim that they have in the Recycled Denim section, quality denim jeans for $25 to $50. What a great way to be eco-conscious, fashionable and easy on the wallet all at the same time! For additional details contact spa manager Jennifer Goltz, she can be reached at 404-377-6363 or Jennifer@FabuFaceSpa.com. They are located at 335 West Ponce de Leon, Suite E in downtown Decatur, GA across from Azio’s.

I will definately have to tell my daughter about this.  She'd love to get some spa treatment for her jeans that don't fit. (the freshman 15) and buy some a good prices that do.

Recycling is good! Remember that many old clothes, shoes, hats, belts, etc., can be recycled by donating them to an appropriate charitable agency that works with the homeless, the poor, etc.

This reminds me it is time to clean out the closet and make room for the winter wardrobe. Donate to charity what is still useful, and it would be nice to be able to have a place that would take the rest and recycle it into insulation, does one exist?
